About

A recent graduate with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, with a strong interest in experimental fluid mechanics, bio-inspired design, and propulsion systems. My undergraduate research at the Bhamla Lab at Georgia Tech centered on a DARPA squid-inspired superpropulsion project mentored by Daehyun Choi, spanning design and fabrication to open-water experimental validation and high-speed imaging. Graduated in December 2025 with a minor in Chinese, including a semester abroad in Shenzhen as a U.S. Department of State Gilman Scholar.

In August 2026 I began graduate school at Sunny Jung's Bio-Inspired Fluids Lab at Cornell University, fully funded, where my research focuses on biological fluid mechanics. The summer before, I worked as a Manufacturing Design Engineer intern at Path Robotics, operating Yaskawa welding robots on the production floor and building AI-powered floor automation tools, which I am continuing remotely through the fall. Outside of research, I served as Vice President of Georgia Tech's Medical Robotics Club and led capstone work developing a reusable medical device for hospitals in resource-limited settings.
